The Howard’s Culinary Team brings you a 7-course menu focusing on ingredients you would find in the Wisconsin countryside, on farms, or foraging through the wooded areas.

Three specially selected drink pairings are included, noted below in the menu. A full cash bar will also be available.

If you are purchasing tickets seperately from your party of 4, please indicate a “Party Name” to ensure seating with your group. Due to the specialty and quantity of courses, unique dietary restrictions cannot be accomdated.

• Course 3: Trumpet Mushroom with creamy polenta

• Course 4: Stuffed Cornish Hen ***paired witn Belle Glos Pinot Noir***
