Rental Details
At the Howard, you can enjoy a seamless experience where we guide you through the process of planning a flawless event for your friends and family. We will answer your questions about beverage services and our in-house catering by our very own Chef team. + Our Booking Process:
- Reach out through our inquire form (linked below) for most efficient response
- A member of our Events Team will reach out to you within 3 business days to schedule a tour and answer any initial questions
- At your tour we will show you all applicable spaces and answer questions that you have about your event
- Our Events Team will put together a proposal to give you an idea of general pricing you may expect for your event
- If you choose to book, a contract and deposit request e-mail will be sent and date is confirmed with signed contract and deposit
- Leading up to your event, our Events Team will work closely with you on setup, food and beverage detailing

- On site Event Manager for planning and detailing; present during event
- Banquet tables & chairs
- House linens - white tablecloths and white napkins
- China/glassware/silverware
- Cocktail tables with black house linens
