The Howard’s Culinary Team partners with our friends at Sturgeon Spirits to bring you a 4-course cocktail pairing menu featuring dishes by The Howard’s Chef, David Velasco and team and spirit/cocktail favorites from Sturgeon Spirits. Join as we continue to celebrate their one-year anniversary!
A full cash bar will be available for additional beverages.

Course 1- Crantini + Salad
mixed greens and kale, apples, dried cranberries, walnuts and bacon, tossed in a bacon cranberry vinaigrette
Course 2- Gin Martini + Shrimp Bisque
with creme fraiche and shrimp
Course 3- Blackberry Collins 2.0 + Porkchop
roasted porkchop served over roasted cauliflower salad with blueberry sauce
Course 4- “Affogato”
coffee liqueur and house made vanilla ice cream
