The Howard’s Culinary Team partners with our friends at Sturgeon Spirits to bring you a 5-course cocktail pairing menu featuring dishes by The Howard’s Chef, David Velasco and team and spirit/cocktail favorites from Sturgeon Spirits. Join as we continue to celebrate their continued success!

A full cash bar will be available for additional beverages.

Course 1- Tom Collins + Mushroom Risotto

creamy rice, assorted mushrooms, tarragon, parmesan, toasted breadcrumb (V)

Course 2- Cranberry Mule + Cucumber Salad

sliced cucumbers, green onions, sesame seeds, carrots, radish, tossed in an Asian marinade (GF, DF)

Course 3- Agave Smash + Crispy Shrimp Toast Tacos

minced shrimp, green onions, radish, fried in a corn tortilla, topped with pico and cilantro crema

Course 4- Sunken Old Fashion + Pork Loin

bacon wrapped pork loin, charred poblano butter fingerling potatoes, blackberry sauce (GF)

Course 5- Chocolate Russian +Tres Leches
