The Howard’s Culinary Team partners with our friends at Sunken Paddle to bring you a 6-course cider pairing menu featuring dishes by The Howard’s Chef, David Velasco, and team, as well as ciders from Sunken Paddle Ciderworks. Fun fact, this pairing dinner is completely gluten free!

A full cash bar will be available for additional beverages.

If you are purchasing tickets separately from your party, please indicate a “Party Name” to ensure seating with your group. We will do our best to accomodate all noted dietary restrictions.

6-Course Dinner and Cider Menu - GLUTEN FREE

Course 1- Hopped Grapefruit Cider

Miso deviled egg - Egg white piped with a miso, soy, ginger whipped egg yolk, on a fried rice noodle nest

Course 2- Cranberry Orange Cider

Fondant potato - Seared creamy fondant potato, mirepoix vegetables, and rosemary gravy

Course 3- Cocktail course - Stay tuned for the newest flavor collaboration between The Howard and Sunken Paddle!

Course 4- Semi Dry Cider

Seared Cod - Seared cod fillet over white beans, kale, blistered tomatoes, in a cream sauce

Course 5- Elijah Craig Cider

Beef Cheek - Smoked beef cheek on crispy fried polenta, peach barbeque sauce, micro green salad

Course 6- Rhubarb Lavender Agave Cider

Honey Mousse - Honey mousse with a honey tuile and fermented honey drizzle
