The Howard’s Culinary Team partners with our friends at Thunderbird Bakery to bring you a 5-course menu featuring commentary from the The Howard’s Chef, David Velasco and Thunderbird husband/wife team Lizz Redman and Trent Wester.
A full cash bar will be available.
If you are purchasing tickets separately from your party, please indicate a “Party Name” to ensure seating with your group. Due to the specialty and quantity of courses, unique dietary restrictions may not be able to be accomodated.
5-Course Brunch Menu
Course 1: Cinnamon Roll Cocktail - Cinnamon roll syrup, egg, espresso, and roasted barley infused vodka
Course 2: Fancy Toast - Slice of sourdough toasted and cut in half. First half- avocado, everything bagel seasoning, arugula tossed in garlic and lemon oil, topped with shaved parmesan.
Course 3: Strata - Sourdough, egg, bacon, gruyere, spinach
Course 4: Shepherds Pie - Ground lamb, peas, corn, carrots, onions in a reduced red wine sauce topped with duchess potatoes and a sourdough dinner roll on side with an herb compound butter
Course 5: Bread pudding
